As a courtesy, please honor your appointment and arrive on time. If you must reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide 24 hours advance notice. All appointments require a credit card at the time of booking. We reserve the right to charge the full price of booked services for last minute cancellations and no-shows.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment so you can settle in, have an espresso or glass of wine, and fill out a facial consent form if necessary.
If you’re running more than 10 minutes late, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can accommodate you as best we can. This may mean that we need to modify your appointment or reschedule you depending on your preference.
