Product Policies

S H I P P I N G

We offer free ground shipping within the US not including Alaska and Hawaii.

We do not offer overnight shipping at this time.

Items ordered and paid for will ship within 3 business days unless backordered. We primarily ship through USPS. After leaving our facility, USPS typically delivers in 2–5 business days. Orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

RETURNS / R E F U N D S / E X C H A N G E S / ORDER ISSUES

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@jessicajohnsonbeauty.com or call (207) 449-8458 so that we can make it right. We want our customers to be completely satisfied and will try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.

Please note that we are not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns + exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Jessica Johnson Beauty, LLC.

We offer secure online ordering and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Sales tax is required on orders shipped within in the State of Maine at the local tax rate.

Cancellation Policy

At this time we don’t have a strict cancellation policy but this is subject to change at any time. However, please understand that we are small, busy studio and no-show appointments or late cancellations can significantly impact us.

Late Policy

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment so you can settle in, have an espresso or glass of wine, and fill out a facial consent form if necessary.
If you’re running more than 10 minutes late, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can accommodate you as best we can. This may mean that we need to modify your appointment or reschedule you depending on your preference.
